Having had my writing published in a variety of mediums, I enjoy the process of crafting engaging prose for a range of audiences. My work has extended from academic historical research for major publications to informal articles and general copywriting and editing. Some of these have included Harper Collins, Dorling Kindersley, History Today and BBC History Magazine.


Books

Ancient Rome: The Definitive Visual History (DK, 2023)

Co-authored chapters and used archaeological knowledge and experience to suggest appropriate striking images. Consulted on gender and diversity sensitivity throughout.

Co-authored four part series of textbooks for Key Stage 3 (age 11-14). Focus on rich text and vocabulary, providing an accessible narrative for new World History topics.
